Simple to install, adjust or tune and is very reasonably priced. Anytime you make a performance modification, i.e. free flow air filter, exhaust, cams, big bore kit, etc., you will almost certainly need to supply the engine with more fuel to achieve maximum power gains and maintain good drivability. Back in the days before all the great things that fuel injection had brought to us the novice mechanic could, with a basic understanding of how a carburetor works make simple screw adjustments or change to larger jet sizes to increase the fuel supply to the engine at various throttle openings.
With electronic fuel injection the problem in the past has been that the only solutions have been, "dealer downloads" (preset changes to the fuel injection system) that may or may not be compatible with the combination of modifications made to your bike, or adding an aftermarket module which is expensive, complicated to adjust or tune, and generally requires expensive support equipment and considerable experience to achieve results.
Using only a small screwdriver (yes, even if don't know anything about fuel injection tuning) you will be able to quickly make changes to increase the fuel supply to your engine at various throttle openings. The module has three simple fuel adjustment screws that mimic the changes made to a carburetor when changing jets.
First slow speed/cruise fuel, this will allow you to get the best combination of cruise performance and economy while eliminating popping or backfiring and leanness from idle to 3/8" throttle openings. Second is acceleration fuel, this will allow you to add more fuel during hard acceleration to optimize throttle response and performance from 3/8" to 3/4" throttle openings. Third is top end/full load fuel, this will allow you to add more fuel from 3/4” to full throttle openings to obtain maximum horse power and torque from your engine with your combination of modifications.
The module simply plugs into your existing wire harness and mounts under the seat or side cover. Comes with complete and easy to follow instructions on how and why to make these adjustments. Made in U.S.A.
