These decorative products are a GREAT alternative to those plain plastic hot toppers to cover the ? inch Allen head bolts used on the primary crankcase, transmission, cam housing, and any other place the ? inch socket head bolts are used. The decorative 44 MAGNUM bolt CAPs are made from actual Starline 44 Magnum shells. Just use a drop of high temp silicone and press them on the ? inch Allen head bolts used just about everywhere on the various engine covers and plates. They come in either highly polished brass or nickel and completely cover the bolt heads AND the washer underneath the bolts for a very clean, custom look. To enhance their look even more, the brass shells come with nickel primers (centers), and the nickel shells come with brass primers. The caps are four tenths of an inch long and extend just over 1 tenth of an inch beyond the Allen head bolts.

Handlebar Clamp Bolt Caps

These S&W 500 bullet shells (largest handgun made), fit all Harley single and duel handle bar clamps with 5/16 socket head bolts. The bolt caps are 3 tenths of an inch high and come in brass or nickel. The shell caps are secured to the bolt heads using a drop of silicone adhesive.

These custom "outlaw" gas caps are made from billet aluminum. They contain six flush mounted 44 magnum shells arranged to look like a loaded cylinder of a 44 magnum pistol (match our point covers). These gas caps come in right handed vented, and left hand non-vented and fit FXLR and Sportster 1982/Later fat bob tanks. They have the same nylon thread and correct pressure relief as the original Harley gas caps.
